Water Elemental Magic

This is a remake of my old picture [link] He's a water elemental that can freely control water and shape it into whatever he wants as well as giving it so much reality that it doesn't resemble water until it's touched or destroyed. I couldn't stand the bad anatomy and shading of the first so I had to redraw it.
